I offer personalized vinyasa yoga sessions, where each practice is crafted to suit your unique needs and goals. my approach involves getting to know your body's needs with a series of questions designed to understand where you are in your yoga practice. based on your responses, i will develop a video session that can includes pranayama (breath technique) ,meditation, lymphatic stimulation... i'm here to support you. as we progress, we will adapt the sessions, altering poses according to your evolving needs, your cycle, and how you feel. this flexibility will helps you find your perfect yoga routine.

this prenatal yoga sessions will be tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences. whether you're seeking gentle stretching, relaxation techniques, a more active practice with deeper pose, or a way to connect with your body and your baby.
my holistic approach incorporates meditations to connect with the baby, safe poses (dynamic or calm), and yin yoga practices to promote self-awareness and listening to your body.
after a series of questions, I'll share a yoga routine that you can practice daily. we'll modify it together as we go along, ensuring it continues to meet your needs.
in addition to yoga sessions, I provide guidance on nutrition, herbal teas, and essential oils to support pregnancy.

This program is designed to support you throughout your pregnancy with private online yoga sessions, tailored specifically to your needs. Each week, we meet for a one-on-one session, where we focus on what you need and desire most – whether it's preparing for labor, enhancing mobility, reducing pain, improving flexibility, connecting with your baby, gain selft-confidence or deepening your breathwork. Every session is personalized to ensure it’s beneficial and enjoyable for you.
In addition to the weekly sessions, you will have access to 3 videos per month to support your practice at home:
1 Yin Yoga video to relax, release tension, and restore balance
2 Yoga Flow videos to strengthen, stretch, and promote flexibility
You can choose between a monthly subscription or select a package of 3, 6, or 9 months for continued support throughout your pregnancy.
With this combination of personalized sessions and home practice videos, you’ll have the flexibility to work at your own pace, while receiving guidance to ensure a safe, joyful, and empowering pregnancy experience

I offer online group vinyasa yoga classes. You will receive personalized guidance as we practice together. You can join with friends or fam or participate solo. Classes are generally held on Wednesdays and/or Fridays in the evening around 6 PM. Contact me for more informations!
