about me

i've always loved moving my body, from ice skating at the age of 8 to hip-hop dance in college and snowboarding. i love the feeling of being alive that movement brings. i discovered yoga when i was living in milan for my studies. at that time, i was feeling unhappy and lonely. the classes were in italian (a language i barely spoke), but i could follow the flow intuitively, and it felt so good. the sensation of dancing inside of me, breathing, and focusing on each little part of the body  was magical.

later, the philosophy of yoga resonated with me, and i wanted to know everything about it. so, in 2020, i began my teaching journey with a 200-hour vinyasa/ashtanga teacher training, and later, a prenatal yoga training in australia.

i am now based in byron bay, australia, teaching all-level vinyasa and prenatal classes.

yoga plays a huge part in my life, helping me day by day with questioning and mood variations, emotions, and hormones. i truly believe that yoga is an amazing tool to help you through pregnancy, stress, hard times, bringing you joy, steadiness, calm, and happiness.

what I aim to offer here is more than just a teacher-student relationship. i'm all about sharing, communication, and honesty.
